The Healthy Life Awards is open to Australian and New Zealand residents. If resident is under the age of 18, parental/guardian consent must be provided.
Slimmer of the Year
To be eligible to enter the Slimmer of the Year category, entrants must be:
- A current Weight Watchers Member or Lifetime Member
- At goal weight at time of entry and when entries close
For entries to be accepted, entrants are required to complete all mandatory fields in the online form, upload a before and after photo along with a profile photo, and agree to all legal terms and conditions outlined here.
Family of the Year
To be eligible to enter the Family of the Year category, families must meet the following criteria:
- Lead family member completing the entry form should be a current Weight Watchers Member or Lifetime Member. Other family members mentioned in the entry form do not need to be paying members of Weight Watchers
- Lead family member must be at goal weight at time of entry and when entries close. Other family members do not need to be at goal weight

Workplace of the Year
To be eligible to enter the Workplace of the Year category, entrants must meet the following criteria to enter the awards:
- Organisation has participated in the ‘At Work’ program at any stage from 27/06/2013 to present
- Entries should highlight the achievements of the workplace group as a whole, rather than the success of one individual
- Entrants are not required to be at goal weight to enter

Health Improvement
To be eligible to enter the Health Improvement category, entrants must:
- Be a current Weight Watchers Member or Lifetime Member
- Have seen a significant improvement in their health since losing weight
- Be at goal weight or still losing weight

Inspirational Journeys
To be eligible to enter the Inspirational Journeys category, entrants must:
- Be at the start of or part way through their weight loss journey, but not at their goal weight
- Have an inspirational story about their weight loss journey
- Be a current Weight Watchers member or non-member
